Thank you to all those that have all ready completed the W-8BEN forms.
In addition to those forms, I have a couple of other forms to complete to
submit at the same time. Once all is satisfactory, we will be able once more
to purchase US shares.
I need one more element from you all so I can submit a full package to
Interactive Investor; this is no different to what was required by EQi and data
held by them.
Please can you supply me with your full name and current residential address by
Friday 30th July.
