The mailing list system we have been using is very sensitive and gets upset
very easily and is constantly refusing to send email to addresses it thinks
are bouncing.

system that I hope will not get upset so easily,

Peter D has made a very sensible suggestion that we should share some of our
phone numbers for times when we can't find out where the meeting is!
