Hello,
The photo is the PACC on the Hannaford side of the Crosswalk for WCD, where
I watched an Elderly Lady cross with a loaded two wheel grocery carriage
late Friday morning. I vainly tried shoveling a bit of the frozen Mush with
a STEEL SQUARE EDGES SHOVEL Not much success. A Plow or small Bucket Loader
would be better. Summer months these Pedestrian activated Crosswalk
Controls work great and are easily reached by everyone, provided people
want to use them to safely cross a sometimes busy 4 Lane Street. We will
have to pay attention to this location especially.
