Good Evening,
Exiting Westbrook Hannaford's around 5 PM today via the R/H of the two Left
turning Exit Lanes onto WCD Westbound, I noticed the Time Delay from the Green
L/T Arrows to the Yellow Lights coming On seemed to be Very Short. Has the
Time Delay been shortened or has the Time Delay Speed been increased ?
The Thought occured to me that may or has caused waiting Drivers in both Left
Turn Exiting Lanes to quicken their Exiting Speed when the Green Left Turn
Arrows come ON, especially if he or she is a few or several Cars back in the
Queue. That could be " Interesting " for a Pedestrian who has activated the
Crosswalk Button to walk - Run ? across WCD's 4 Lanes from either direction.
