To Anyone driving West late today and until 7 PM,  on WCD or Main Street,
and to Anyone walking across those two busy Streets, did you notice the
Bright Glare from the setting Sun in your EYES, whether you were a Driver
heading WEST, or a Pedestrian about to walk across WCD or Main Street,
Make darn.  sure any Drivers See You and You can see the Drivers !
