At our last meeting (for which I'm hoping to get notes out later tonight,
or this weekend if not), Kim mentioned wanting to contact the BCM to find
out what their educational resources are. I went on their website just now
to see if I could find out anything about walk audits, and I didn't, but I
did find archived slides and audio for a webinar they did last April:

looks like it could be exactly what you were looking for!
There's also lots of information under the "Education & Safety" menu, or

we eventually have an Education subcommittee, those people might want to
spend some quality time looking over this content.
