This does not involve Pedestrians, Bicyclists or Motorcyclists but did
involve a well-known Department Store Tractor - Trailer. .
I was returning from Brunswick Saturday afternoon, driving from the
Falmouth Spur, of I - 295, and entering the South bound On Ramp of the
Turnpike at Exit 52. I stayed in the R/ H Lane, as I noticed a Tractor-
Trailer coming south in the travel lane - R/ H Lane. I eased off a bit on
acceleration so the Truck could go ahead of me and not have to move to his
Left to the Passing Lane. Then, a car behind me, instead of likewise,
slowing down to let the Tractor - Trailer go on by,
accelerated and cut in between me, in the Left Hand South bounrd Entrance
on ramp, and the front of the oncoming Tractor - Trailer , which was a Wal-
Mart Tractor - Trailer. Fortunately, the Truck Driver slowed to allow the
impatient, in a hurry Driver, in front of him, with the Impatient Driver,
passing me and out of sight.
I respectfully ask, Who was driving correctly and who was not ?
