I 2nd Kim's proposal. It covers all 3 levels - City, State and Federal. I
believe we should maintain Communications with City officials.
One Example from a Year ago at this time. The American Legion's two Westbrook
Posts had already met once with City officials on Preparations for the 2019
Memorial Day Parade. As of yesterday, Manchester Post 62 decided to postpone
our April 1st - First Wednesday Post Meeting. We have not yet received any
word from City Hall about this year's Memorial Day Parade plans.
