I do not know if Ethan still sees WSMAC Questions, but I have a Question for
him or Eric:
When a Pedestrian wants to cross from Walker Memorial Library to the Westbrook
P. O. from the People's United Bank side of Main Street or in Reverse:
How many Seconds or Minutes pass from when the Pushbutton is depressed to when
the Illuminated White Walking Figure is seen on the Opposite side of the
Crosswalk ?
Does the Time differ depending on when in the normal Traffic Signal Sequence, a
Pedestrian pushes the Pushbutton to cross the Intersection ?
Thank You,
