[wsmac] Is there a Speed Limit for Electric motor Bicycles on Residential Streets ?

Hi There,

A helmeted Male with a small backpack,  riding an Electric motored Bicycle
just flew down hill on Falmouth Street, from Pierce Street maybe, kids on
Sedgeways and shooting basketballs in the street.

Just wondering. ..
