I'm sure most drivers know; will they do so is beyond me at this point.
Please use caution in this crappy weather, regardless of your mode of
transport! Oh, and thank you "Secret Santa" for leaving reflective gear and
lights to help me become more visible ;). Merry Christmas and God bless us

Seen today while driving to / from Freeport around Westbrook:

And, a good practice for Winter Driving is To Visually Check both
Headlights to make sure they are working after a Trip in Conditions like
today where the front of your car, SUV, Van, P/ U may get slapped or
plastered by a passing Truck, or a Snowplow, encasing your front Grille and
Headlights in frozen slush and Ice. A flying piece of ice, a small stone
from a public works truck Sanding and pop a Headlight.
There is nothing more " Pleasant " than removing a punctured headlight
encased in slush and Ice, once you locate the screws that hold the frame
around the light.
And hopefully find a new correct Headlight to install, before daylight
disappears! . Or have a Spare Headlight just in case.
