WSMAC,
I'm forwarding this document as an example of one of the things that our
counterpart committee in Portland does, write letters of recommendation to
various entities about transportation issues. Of course they are a bigger
group and have the benefit of having numerous planning and policy
professionals and geeks on the committee, but we will learn more about
those things over time.
