Found a tree/trees blocking sidewalk on corner of WCD and Spring Street.
Westbrook Public Works HAS been notified.
Carson, the pictures show the huge tree or trees with leaves and branches
across a sidewalk. My third picture shows the street sign and traffic
lights for Spring St going down WCD headed to CVS
