Hey Nick,
I hope you're doing well.
We received this request from a small HOA to see if they could build a
fire pit in an area they seem to recognize as an OWASA easement. I'm not
sure if there's any situation where they'd be able to build anything in the
easement that was permanent in any way.
I sent an initial response to them to acknowledge receiving their email
and letting them know that I'd be forwarding it to our team for review.
Please let me know if there's anything I can do that would be helpful.
