I am writing on behalf of the homeowners association of the Woods at Laurel
Hill. We are an HOA of 10 townhomes on Arbutus Place.
We are considering placing or building a fire pit in our common area, a
portion of which the OWASA easement runs through. We are seeking guidance
on placement so as not to impede access.
