Chris, thanks, I hope so too. Announcements for members will be on this list,
those for the non-members I'll put on the 'announce' list.
Many announcements will go to both, but in general, they are separate lists.
I'll leave the rig question for others to answer! I often take a handy, but
you need to find repeaters or a local net...
