Dear club colleagues and friends, this coming Monday the 11th February we will
be having a presentation by Richard G8ITB on Conquering SOTA.
As we look forward to warmer and lighter days coming in the spring, SOTA will
perhaps appeal to those amateurs that are looking for a challenge with portable
operation, mixing outdoor walking with amateur radio.
Non members are very welcome to attend this meeting, for which we would ask a
donation of £2 to cover costs, which includes a tea/coffee and biscuits during
an interval break.
The meeting will commence at 8pm in the Bidborough Village Hall, TN3 0XD.

Rally dates for your diaries.
The two regular rallies in Kent are coming round fast, and I plan to attend
each with the usual RSGB books, to sign-up new/rejoining members, and be
available to discuss any issues regarding the hobby.
The BRATS rally is being held on Sunday the 24th of February, full details are

The Hamzilla Radio Fest (hosted by Dover radio club) is on Sunday the 24th of
March, which is being held at a new larger venue, the address and other details
