Salvete Omnes,
As discussed in the January meeting, I have attached the rubrics for Roll
Call, GA Spirit, and Door Decoration so that those of you invested in those
competitions will know exactly what you are being graded on. Attached is a
description of each of the criteria in each competition exactly as it will
be given to the officers. If you have any questions, please contact me (

One representative from each school must submit a 1-2 sentence summary of
his/her/their school's concept for each day of spirit to wjcl2ndvp@xxxxxxxx=
m.
A concept is basically an explanation of your school's take on the theme of
the day. The components of the rubric that have always previously existed
- adherence to theme, incorporation of classics, and originality - will be
based on your summary rather than your exhibition during the GA. You WILL
also be graded according to how well you execute your submitted concept.
These summary submissions will be due the Tuesday before convention (Januar=
y
26th).

The only other major change is that the "coherence" criteria on the Roll
Call rubric will take into account how relatable the school's roll call to
the WJCL *as a whole*.
