[wisb] sage thrasher in IL

IF any of you Wisbirders run out of rarities to chase in WI, the sage thrasher
is still at Montrose Pt along L Mich perhaps 10 mi N of downtown Chicago. It
was seen several times today. I got there at 3 and initially missed it by 10
min. It finally reappeared at 5, when several of us got good looks at it.
