[wisb] possible Cave Swallow at Harrington Beach Waterbird Watch

About 90 minutes ago, Calvin B. had what may be a Cave Swallow at his
Waterbird Watch location. The bird was still present for 30 min or so. I
went with 2 other people at about  1120 - we did not see it, but there are
many foraging swallows in the area. If you are nearby, it might be worth a
look. Bad lighting, and light rain, but lots of avian activity today.
This possibly continues a string of observations of noteworthy birds at
this location, this week. What will be next?
