Although this addresses issues for birds in California, some may be interested in reading the report: A new PRBO report is out now that summarizes, by 12 California ecoregions, the published literature on the predicted effects of climate change with an emphasis on consequences for wildlife. This report brings together a vast literature and delivers the results in a way that should be useful to a wide variety of conservation practitioners. The information contained in the report could serve to inform climate change adaptation plans as well as general conservation plans such as the CA Wildlife Action Plan.
