[wisb] Young Male Surf Scoter Lake Waubesa

I seemed to have been fixated on the colorful bill of the male Surf Scoter.
But after looking at a couple of pictures realized the bird is missing the
white spot above the bill and white behind the neck.
There us a faint light strip on the neck.
I assume this is a first year male.
At about 1pm it was off of Goodland Park boat launch. It seems to be heading
north but it was first seen resting in the bay at the south end.
