I was very fortunate to be working late tonight when I saw that a fellow
Portage County birded posted on Facebook that had a Yellow-breasted Chat in his
back yard. I arrived just after 6:00 pm and shortly after I sat in a chair in
his backyard I saw a bright yellow bird, and while I initially didnât get
great looks as it flied to a neighbors yard, it did return. The homeowner was
a birding friend and invited me in to get better looks from inside his house
and I certainly did. Thank you Gerry!
