I appreciate the birding community joining in to either listen or even
call in to the show and add to the discussion. However, I also enjoy
the opportunity to talk about birds with such a large and diverse
audience that does not consider themselves to be birders but shows
some degree of interest in birds. When people become aware of birds
they hopefully will consider their needs and conservation.
