[wisb] White-faced ibis at Horicon Marsh

The white-faced ibis continues to be seen this morning in the Bachhuber
Impoundment at the Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center located on
Hwy. 28 in Horicon.  Actively Feeding along the mudflats in front of the
photo blind on the northeast side of the impoundment.  At least 3
black-necked stilts have also been along the mudflats.
