Warblers were abundant along the creek during the early afternoon today at
Wehr Nature Center in Milwaukee County.
I saw 12 warbler species including a male golden-winged.
Bay-breasted
Black-and-White
CANADA (FOY)
Chestnut-sided
Common Yellowthroat
GOLDEN-WINGED Male
Magnolia
Nashville
Northern Parula
Redstarts, male and female, lots of them
Wilson's
Yellow
Also Baltimore orioles, rose-breasted grosbeaks, Swainson's thrushes and an
indigo bunting.
