Yesterday was a momentous day for the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary as the
previous 24 hour on-site birding record of 107 was toppled by our new
record of 113. The participants in this years Big Bay Birdathon were the
contributors.
Some FOY's for us were YT VIREO and MOURNING WARBLER.
Also of note are the large numbers (15+) of GRAY-CHEEKED THRUSH and (20+
each) OVENBIRD and N WATERTHRUSH that continue to linger.
