Hi all,
Birding along the lakefront in Milwaukee today, a stop at Lakeshore State
Park provided nice views of a Sora. It came out of the cattails a couple of
times to do some feeding. At first I thought it was an American Coot,
seeing only the front of the head in the dark, but then, yes and Sora! It
was a beautiful spring day with perfect temps, sunny skies with low winds.
