[wisb] Snowy Owl - Oconomowoc

Fellow Goss Bird Club member Dee Plasz just called me to report that
she saw a Snowy Owl about 2:30 this afternoon in Oconomowoc. The owl
was north of I-94 and west of hy 67 at the intersection of McMahon
Road and Pennsylvania Avenue. A farmer who lives nearby told her it
sat in the field for several hours today. While Dee was watching it,
the bird flew to a utility pole and she got great looks at it.
