[wisb] Snowy Owl Milwaukee?

Hey folks,
I have a group of environmental educators, some of whom have never seen an owl
in the wild, that want to look for a Snowy downtown Milwaukee (River mouth,
High Speed Ferry). I've got the latest e-bird sightings on Monday, but has
anyone seen one today/yesterday that we can look for at a respectable
non-intrusive distance?
