[wisb] Snowy Owl Horicon Marsh Dike Road Sat Nov 26

The darkly barred Snowy Owl was seen from 11:30 am to 11:55 today (Saturday) on 
the north side of Dike Road    GPS:  N 43 31.873.  W 88 37.490
