[wisb] Snow Bunting (Rock County)

There was a flock of about 30 Snow Buntings on Bullard Road north of Evansville
this morning. The area between Evansville and Janesville (south of Hwy 14) is
also a good place to check for this species this time of year along with larks
and longspurs.
