Although it sounds like Lake Park was the place to be today, Sheridan and
Warnimont Parks weren't bad. I had a total of 76 species between the two
parks. I found 17 warbler species at Sheridan and 16 at Warnimont with a
combined total of 19 warbler species for the day. Only (FOY) was a pair of
Orchard Orioles hanging out near the Sheridan pond. Gray Catbirds were
numerous and sparrows were way down. Usually the two parks have numerous
White-crowned Sparrows at this time, but I saw none today. I was happy to
see 3 White-crowned Sparrows at home after I arrived!
