Here's what I posted to the Wisconsin Birding facebook page yesterday: "A
decent morning at my house near Washburn, Bayfield County, today. Warbler
numbers and diversity are waning, though I still had 15 species including my
first ORANGE-CROWNED of the year. Interestingly, my arrival date for
Orange-crowned Warbler has been Sept 15 or 16 in three of the last four years.
Also had notable influxes of Ruby-crowned Kinglet, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Pine
Siskin, and other short-distance migrants. Full eBird checklist at
http://ebird.org/ebird/wi/view/checklist?subID=S19841199.";

Also of interest from a "what's north of you" perspective is this yesterday
report from Duluth:

And this morning I had 21 White-throated Sparrows at my feeders so things are
progressing...
