At 9:45 a.m. the Snowy Owl was on the top of the east breakwall of the marina, probably in the vicinity of the spot the Brassers saw it yesterday. I went to bird North Point and then to the south pier where the Snowy Owl now rested. Eventually it got annoyed with a too close birder (me) and flew to the end of the north pier. It didn't like that location and flew back to the east breakwall of the marina, all the way being harassed by gulls. It was still there at 11:00 a.m. Other birds seen in Sheboygan included one ea. adult Great Black-backed Gull and Glaucous Gull, one Dunlin, and four Snow Buntings on the grass at Blue Harbor Resort near the south pier.
