[wisb] Sheboygan - Barrow's YES Harlequin NO

Found the Barrow's Goldeneye today in Sheboygan at the Deland Park/Marina
with a relatively small group of Common Goldeneyes around 1:30pm. Life bird
for me! The flock took off almost as soon as I spotted the Barrow's and was
unable to get a photograph. Could not locate the female Harlequin at North
Point. =( Saw 8 or 9 Rough-legged Hawks on the drive up, some of them
hovering. Kittiwake still very accomodating at Port Washington by the Gazebo
at 4:30pm. It allowed me to approach within 10 feet as it sat on one of the
piers.
