Here are the details of his talk:

The Past, Present and Future of Bird Identification

Speaker: Richard Crossley, internationally acclaimed birder and photographer,
coauthor of the Shorebird Guide and The Crossley ID Guide.

Innovative birder and photographer, Richard will present photographic slides
and a discussion of his new book The Crossley ID Guide. This is a story of
lessons learned during his days growing up in the wild British birding scene
and his travels around the world to living in Cape May. His guide is the first
to show birds as you actually see them - caught in action, from multiple angles
and against realistic, in-focus backgrounds. Whether you are a beginner, expert
or anywhere in between, The Crossley ID Guide will vastly improve your ability
to identify birds.
