[wisb] Red-necked Phalarope and other shorebirds - Ashland

I had a Red-necked Phalarope off from Bayview Park on the east side of Ashland
early this afternoon. However it flew out towards the breakwall and I was not
able to relocate it.
Maslowski Beach on the west side of Ashland held Baird's Sandpiper,
Semipalmated
Sandpiper, and Sanderling.
