[wisb] RFI immature owl vocalization

Hi,
This time of year would immature owls still make a screaming sound? My mom has
been hearing what she thinks is a hawk at night for a couple of weeks now. I
heard it tonight but couldn't compare it to tapes until I got home. As I
recall it sounds like many of the immature owls or dare I say maybe a barn owl.
When I was there it would "scream" about every 10 seconds.
