Earliest Fall arrival by two weeks of a Rose Breasted Grosbeak in the six years
I've recorded yard birds. . A hatch year individual, I heard it first, then
observed it helpfully feeding on weed seeds woven through a garden trellis.
Swainson's Thrush and Warbling Vireo rounded out the guest card amid swarms of
Baltimore orioles (one orchard on Monday) convening at the feeders.. Warblers
playing hard to get.
