[wisb] Purple Gallinule continues - 6/9 am

At least four of us observed the Purple Gallinule this morning on two brief
occasions. At 540am it walked out into the open then quickly ran back to
cover. It was subsequently seen at 608am on the SW corner of the pond also
briefly before retiring into the taller grasses in the center of the pond.
