[wisb] Prairie du Sac Eagle Update

Today 10 Bald Eagles were flying between the VFW and the Dam. Several were
hunting but never hit the water while I was watching. I wonder if the fish
are too small there this year. There are numerous Gulls feeding in the
river, but I have yet to observe an Eagle capture a large fish this month.
