I went to Port Washington at sunrise hoping to get some activity from
something. I noticed a Peregrine flying to the Power Plant and decided to
check it out. As i walked to the Plant I noticed two birds chasing each other
around the stacks. They would often fly toward the building and at the last
moment seem to push off the building to throw the other bird off. After some
time the female sat on a corner of the building calling softly. Out of nowhere
the male showed up and i witnessed them copulate. I was able to get some
images even though it was quite early and the sun was not quite bright yet.
Here is a link if you would care to view them.
