[wisb] Piping Plover still present at Racine's North Beach 4/30

It was foraging in a debris pile of mussel shells and wood chips along with a 
Semipalmated Plover as of 9:10 A.M.
Also present were 42 Willets until a person picking up trash scared them away. 
There were 14 Willets at Myers Park.
Amazingly a Pileated Woodpecker stopped by!
