[wisb] Pacific Loon yet again

And again this morning, at 8:35, the Pacific Loon was visible off Yahara Park
in Lake Monona, straight out from where the Yahara River empties into the lake.
There was also a lovely breeding plumage Horned Grebe very close to shore that
swam as if it had a leg injury. And a pair of Wood Ducks.
