Action reporter Nolan Pope tells me that shortly before noon, the Pacific Loon was refound in Squaw Bay (southeast corner of Lake Monona.) It was quite close to shore, and seen well from Graham Park. Graham is a tiny little neighborhood park between two houses on Winnequah Rd. in Monona, just north of Bridge Rd. It's a couple of blocks south of the slightly larger Frost Woods Beach. It overlooks the spot where the Yahara River exits Lake Monona on its way to Upper Mud Lake.
