Good evening,
There has been a Laughing Gull in the Port Washington Harbor since
Saturday. I stopped out twice this week and both times I arrived, it was on
the north end of the marina. There is also a Harlequin Duck in the same
area, which has been around a lot longer. He is sometimes hard to find,
diving in and around the docks. Pictures can be seen at the link below.
