[wisb] Owl survey-Gilman

I did the Gilman route last night and heard no owls. I had a couple people
stop to see if I needed help. No sheriff's deputy this year. Birds heard were
a Killdeer, Robin, and Woodcock. Also, a pack of wolves howled east of the 8
mile location.
