[wisb] Outagamie Co. Kinglets and wood frogs

I've seen a ton of kinglets this year over the past few weeks, but today is
the first day I've heard them singing this spring.
Also had several very large flocks of Sandhills flyover, very high. Seems
late.
Wood frogs also singing away.
