[wisb] Osprey: Petenwell Dam Area

The area around Petenwell Dam (Necedah) is prime for observing nesting Osprey.
Three nests are within 15 minuets of each other.
1) Petenwell Dam (Along the dam dike north of the fenced area)
2) Browndeer Rd & County F (just off County F on Browndeer Rd then Southside of
road) (this is one of largest Osprey nests I have ever seen, yet one bird
continued to bring sticks)
3) Browndeer Rd just north and east of 2)
